Southern California Trek

Fly into Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Travel to Burbank, CA to meet the trek mustangs. Get settling into our lodgings and enjoy a group dinner participant introduction. 

Epic morning ride in Griffith park to the Hollywood sign taking in sweeping views of Los Angeles. Enjoy a picnic lunch before checking out Bronson Caves and touring Los Angeles Equestrian Center. Optional free time to explore Hollywood.

Exciting day at the races! Visit either gorgeous Santa Anita Racetrack or oceanside Del Mar Racetrack. Then head over to explore one of the largest tack stores on the West Coast. Additional activities could include catching a polo match, watching the sunset on the beach or exploring the Del Mar Horse park. Enjoy a beachside dinner while giving the mustangs a rest day.

Get ready for some beach fun! Set up camp on the beach before heading out for a ride at Imperial Beach. Relax on the beach while enjoying a picnic lunch. Optional afternoon activities could include: surfing lessons at the beach, visiting the Surfboard Museum, stroll along the pier or visit Tijuana Estuary. Finish the day with a BBQ dinner back at camp.

The beach fun isn't over yet! Next up is a visit to Fiesta Island with the mustangs. Then choose an epic afternoon activity like a whale or seal watching tour, visit San Diego Safari Park, check out the USS Midway Museum, do a Sunset Sailing Tour, or Electric Scooter Tour or try Indoor Skydiving. Dinner will be in San Diego’s famous GasLamp Quarter.

Time for a change of pace and head to Temecula wine country. Enjoy trail riding through Temecula vineyards and wine tasting followed by a fancy charcuterie lunch. Visit majestic Galway Downs Equestrian before winding down to hang out by the pool or swim in the lake.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the Ranch House before heading to famous Horse Town USA, Norco CA. Possible ride in Norco if time allows before departing from Ontario International Airport (ONT).
